What is published, and what is not

Published: your skills with proficiency, experience as a band (2–5 / 6–10 / >10 years), deployment, edition, mode, up to three industries, availability and country.

Never published: your name, email, LinkedIn profile, city, exact years, exact project counts, system versions and any evidence you give us. Those are shared only after you accept an introduction.

1. Your profile reference Reference from your Talent Network confirmation You received this when you joined. It proves the profile is yours — we never ask for a password.

2. How your profile is headlined Headline role A role, never a job title at a named company. Published location Country or “Remote” only — a city plus a narrow skill set identifies a person.

3. Your skills

Up to 15 skills from the catalogue. Free text is not possible — that is what keeps profiles anonymous and comparable.
