Skills first. Names when you decide.
Every profile here is identified by a reference number. No name, no photo, no age, no gender, no employer — those fields do not exist on this page by design. Request an introduction and the candidate decides whether to reveal themselves.
Anonymous by design
Profiles carry skills, experience bands and availability — never identity. Discrimination needs data this page does not hold.
Safe while employed
A job search never reaches a current employer. Exact years, system versions and references stay private until the candidate agrees.
The candidate holds the key
Introduction requests go to the candidate, not the other way round. They reply, or they don't — and we never report which.
This is what a published profile looks like: skills with proficiency, experience as bands, coarse location — never a name, photo, employer or exact figure. Publish yours →

Double-blind, and the candidate moves last.
- You send a role summary against a reference number. You do not learn whether the profile is active, or who it belongs to.
- We forward it to the candidate from talent@sapperment.com, with your company, your name and the role in your words.
- The candidate replies — or doesn't. A reply reveals their identity to you, for this role, and to nobody else. Silence is also an answer.
